Job description:
NP - Nurse Practitioner - Occupational Health
Locations:
- Sulphur, LA
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
On-Call:
Required (rotating schedule)
Required (rotating schedule)
Patient Load:
- 35 patients per day
Setting:
- On-site at chemical plant health clinics
Salary Range:
- $150K–$160K+ (flexible for highly experienced providers)
Requirements:
- Must have 1 full year experience in the last 2 years under NP License
- Must hold active state license in the state where you’ll work ( LA)
- Occupational Health experience preferred
- Family Practice backgrounds also considered
- Strong clinical and triage skills required
